Stefan Dierckx

Stefan is not only one of the co-founders of Smartfin, he is also the Founding Partner and CEO of Projective, a leading independent company specialised in pan-European program and project management for the financial services industry. Under his leadership, Projective has grown to become a team of +500 consultants with offices in Brussels, London, Frankfurt, Paris, Zurich and Amsterdam.

Stefan is also a co-founder of Minos Capital, an early-stage private investment vehicle focused on fintech investments and The Glue, a software platform to enable financial services companies to accelerate innovation and facilitate rapid transformation initiatives.

Stefan is currently still involved in a broad range of high-end change programs within the banking industry in Europe and also acts as independent board member for Bank van Breda. This experience helps him to further shape his view on the financial industry trends and issues.

Stefan holds a Master of Science in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp.
